We supply material manufactured, tested and documented to the most challenging specifications on a daily basis. Correct quality is assured trough several tests and inspections before the material is released to customer. Collaboration with independent third parties as DNV GL, Lloyd’s Regiser, Berau Veritas, ABS and TUV is established in order to perform independent third party inspections if necessary.
Prosessmetalls quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. Quality and delivery time are Key Performance Indicators which are monitored on regular basis.
The NORSOK standards are developed by the Norwegian petroleum industry to ensure adequate safety, value adding and cost effectiveness for petroleum industry developments and operations.
Prosessmetall is familiar with the requirements in the standards and most of the higher alloyed material we supply is manufactured and certified to NORSOK M-630. Our manufacturers are qualified according to NORSOK M-650 on materials like Duplex, Super Duplex, 6Mo and Titanium.
Our manufacturers are qualified according to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. Prosessmetall is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and our current certificate is valid until August 2018.
Safety always comes first and our manufacturers are qualified to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Through regular meetings Prosessmetall put health, safety and environmental issues on the agenda at our sub suppliers.
